The invention relates to an electronic power-saving controller used for a three-phase sewing machine, comprising three groups of inverted U-shaped filters, three groups of dual-voltage stabilizers, a clamper, a current inductor, a rectifier circuit, a speed regulation circuit, an automatic control circuit, a trigger and a main circuit; the electronic power-saving controller is characterized in that the inverted U-shaped filter is connected in parallel with a power network; the dual-voltage stabilizer is connected with the inverted U-shaped filter so as to carry out the clamping inhibition to the output; the rectifier circuit consists of the current inductor T, resistances, capacitors, diodes and stabilivolts; the automatic control circuit consists of triodes, diodes, and resistances; the trigger circuit consists of R13 and VD3; and the main circuit and the speed regulation circuit are formed by the connection of VD2, C1-C3, R13-R14, VD3 and W2. By adopting the technical proposal, the electronic power-saving controller has simple structure and convenient usage, saves the power energy, protects the equipment, saves the energy by more than 45%, puts an end to the long-term pollution of the transient current to the power supply and prolongs the service life of the sewing machine.
