Example Embodiment

[0060] Example 1

[0061] At present, commonly used antibiotics or substances with antibacterial function are subjected to the inhibition zone experiment of Vibrio harveyi or Vibrio parahaemolyticus. The volume of the drug used in the experiment was 50 μL. Some experimental results are shown in Table 1-2:

[0065] Note: S, sensitive; I, intermediary; R, resistant.

[0066] Table 2 Diameter of inhibition zone of commonly used active substances (mm)

[0067]

[0068]

[0069] The results show that polylysine, tea polyphenols, gallic acid, allicin and lactic acid have the effect of inhibiting Vibrio harveyi or Vibrio parahaemolyticus. Under the condition of equal concentration, the effect is equivalent to or even better than that of commonly used antibiotics. . Other common active substances with antibacterial function do not show antibacterial effect.

Example Embodiment

[0070] Example 2

[0071] Prepare the composition according to Table 3:

[0072] Table 3: Composition formula

[0073]

[0074]

[0075] Dissolve the composition of Table 3 to 1L respectively, take 50μL of each for the inhibition zone experiment, repeat each group of experiments 3 times, and average the measurement results as shown in Table 4:

[0076] Table 4 Diameter of inhibition zone of each composition to Vibrio parahaemolyticus (mm)

[0077]

[0078] The results show that the effect of the composition is significantly better than the single-component composition (p <0.05), for example, the compositions of No. 1~6, 9~14, 16-18, 20, 22, 25~32 are significantly better than a single component (p <0.05), the compounding of each component has a synergistic effect. An improper ratio can only maintain a similar antibacterial effect and even reduce the inhibitory effect on pathogens. The prescriptions with the best effect were No. 29 and No. 32, and their antibacterial effects were signific

Example Embodiment

[0079] Example 3

[0080] Take healthy hippocampus and put it into hippocampal gastroenteritis pathogens (Vibrio harveyi and Vibrio parahaemolyticus 1:1) at a concentration of 1×10 6 After soaking in 20L water body of cfu / mL for 12h, they were moved into a glass tank with an effective water body of 70cm×50cm×50cm to raise and change the water normally. Each group experimented with 20 hippocampus for continuous observation for 30 days.

[0081] Each experimental group adopts the composition of the present invention (administered with No. 1-6, 9-14, 16-18, 20, 22, 25-32 prescriptions respectively), mixed with bait and fed twice a day;

[0082] Control group 1 used the same amount of oxytetracycline, mixed with bait and fed; twice a day;

[0083] The control group 2 did not take measures and was fed normally twice a day.

[0084] The results showed that the control group 2 began to develop symptoms on the 3rd day. The hippocampus started to turn around in the water tank, and finally lay fla

Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of aquaculture, in particular to a medicine and a composition for preventing and treating gastroenteritis of a hippocampus. The composition comprises active substances with a vibrio harveyi and/or vibrio parahaemolyticus inhibition function. In-vitro experiments prove that the active substances including tea polyphenol, gallic acid, allicin, lactic acid and polylysine can inhibit the pathogenic bacteria, the antibacterial circle diameter of the active substances is equivalent to that of most commonly used antibiotics, and drug resistance is not shown. Five components in the composition coordinate with each other to achieve good synergetic effects, and the antibacterial circle diameter of the composition is remarkably larger than that of a single component (p<0.05) under the condition of equivalent dosage. Moreover, the medicine is prepared from natural edible and medical components, hippocampus metabolism is complete, medicine residues and toxic and side effects are avoided, drug resistance cannot be generated, and hippocampus culture water environments cannot be polluted.
