Benefits of technology

This innovation allows for an autonomous robotic system called Cooperating Robot (CR) without being held by human operators or requiring physical contact between them. It uses pressure units placed over both hands while allowing users to easily press downward onto these devices when they are used manually. By doing this, CR becomes more efficient at performing their tasks compared to traditional methods like humans alone.

Problems solved by technology

This patented technical problem addressed in this patents relates how robotics are used for automated operations like assembly lines without requiring humans' laborious training sessions.

Embodiment Construction

[0033] The present invention is described in detail below in conjunction with accompanying drawing:

[0034] see figure 1 , which is a collaborative robot 100 provided by the present invention. The collaborative robot 100 includes a manipulator 10 and a teaching device 20 . see figure 2 , the teaching device 20 is arranged on the manipulator 10 and communicates with the manipulator 10 .

[0035] The manipulator 10 is used to perform manipulation tasks. The manipulator 10 can realize man-machine cooperation with the operator. In this embodiment, the manipulator 10 is a six-axis manipulator. Specifically, the manipulator 10 includes six joints 12 and two connecting rods (not shown in the figure). The joint 12 is a mechanical joint. The self-weight and the bearable load weight of the manipulator 10 are selected according to requirements. In this embodiment, the manipulator 10 can withstand a load of 5 kg. It is conceivable that the manipulator 10 also includes pneumatic de

Abstract

The invention discloses a collaborative robot, particularly to a collaborative robot capable of achieving human-computer collaboration. The collaborative robot comprises a mechanical hand and a teaching device, wherein the mechanical hand is used for executing operation tasks; the mechanical hand is provided with a holding part; the teaching device comprises a pressing unit; the pressing unit is used for controlling the learning process of the mechanical hand; the teaching device is arranged on the mechanical hand; and the pressing unit overlaps with the holding part, so that external force can act on the pressing unit and the holding part at the same time. According to the collaborative robot, the teaching device replaces manual holding, manual operation intensity is reduced, and operation convenience degree is greatly improved.
