The invention relates to an emergency treatment vehicle for fire-fighting wastewater in a crude oil tank area. The invention mainly solves the problem of insufficient water source in the crude oil tank area under an accident state in the prior art. The emergency treatment vehicle for the fire-fighting wastewater in the crude oil tank area comprises a haulage truck (22), a trailer (23) and a container (24) arranged on the trailer (23), wherein the interior of the container (24) is provided with a submersible pump (1) which is connected with a walnut shell filter (5) through a pipeline; the outlet of the walnut shell filter (5) is connected with a ceramic membrane filter (8) through a pipeline; the outlet of the ceramic membrane filter (8) is connected with a clear water tank (12); the outlet of the clear water tank (12) is connected with a backwash pump (13) through a pipeline; and the outlet of the backwash pump (13) is respectively connected with the outlet of the ceramic membrane filter (8) and the outlet of the walnut shell filter (5). Thus, the above-mentioned problem is well solved, and the emergency treatment vehicle can be used for fire fighting of the crude oil tank area.
