Abstract

The invention discloses an accurate pipette calibration method. The method comprises the following steps that 1, the temperature and air humidity in a laboratory are measured, pipette is washed with deionized water, after washing is completed, the pipette is placed on a pipette rack to be aired naturally. Accordingly, by weighing the mass and inquiring the density for liquid sucked by the pipette,corresponding density is worked out by means of the relationship of the mass and the density, the accuracy of the number marked on the pipette can be determined, and then judgement is facilitated, and adjustment is conducted; meanwhile, after calibration is completed, by using abrasive paper for removing original scale marks, the phenomenon that in the user process, misoperation occurs, so that measured liquid has deviation, and the success rate of experiments is affected can be avoided.
