Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of engine performance testing equipment, and discloses a system for controlling the oil quantity of an alcohol consumption instrument. The system comprises a measuring fuel cup, a methanol fuel pump, a weighing sensor, a switching power supply, a switching power supply controller, a first methanol pressure sensor, a second methanol pressure sensor, a safety valve, an overflow pipe and an overflow cup, wherein the measuring fuel cup is provided with a fuel inlet and a fuel outlet. The weighing sensor is installed on the measuring fuel cup. The input end of theswitching power supply is connected with a storage battery, and the output end of the switching power supply is connected to the methanol fuel pump. The overflow pipe and the first methanol pressuresensor are installed on a main pipe. The switching power supply controller is connected with the first methanol pressure sensor, the second methanol pressure sensor and the switching power supply. Thesystem can achieve the adjustment-only function of the fuel quantity of the alcohol consumption instrument, and facilitates the test of an engine under various conditions. Meanwhile, the methanol fuel pump in alcohol consumption instrument does not operate at a full load manner, thereby saving the energy.
