Abstract

The invention discloses an automatic patent annual fee reminding system including a central processing module, a contact target input module, a patent feature input module, a patent search tracking module, a patent invalidation sorting module and a serial contact reminding module. A corresponding system module is used input relevant information of the reminded person and the feature information ofthe patent to be searched to the system, and then the system retrieves and tracks the related patents daily, and sorts the retrieved patents in sequence based on the time of failure. When the systemdate approaches the expiration date of the patent, the system automatically contacts the reminded person to do relevant reminders until the reminded person confirms receipt of the reminder. The use ofthis system saves manpower resources and avoids errors of manual retrieval and identification, which in turn avoids the need for manual proofreading and additional costs incurred by proofreading.
