Abstract

The invention discloses a bamboo product digestion furnace. The bamboo product digestion furnace comprises a furnace body, wherein a water injection pipe is arranged at one side of the furnace body; avalve is arranged in the middle of the outer surface of the water injection pipe; a boiling pot and a first switch are arranged at one side of the top of the furnace body respectively; a steaming potand a second switch are arranged at the other side of the top of the furnace body. The bamboo product digestion furnace provided by the invention is provided with a steam furnace, wherein the steam furnace adopts a double-layer structure which can be used for reducing the heat dissipation in the steam furnace, so that the utilization rate of resources is improved and the unnecessary wastes can bereduced. No matter whether the boiling pot and the steaming pot work or not, water steam generated by heating is stored above the steam furnace and the steam furnace is in an individual work state. Aheater is used for continuously heating water to generate a great amount of the water steam and high pressure is generated in the steam furnace, so that electric energy not only can be converted intoheat energy but also can be converted into pressure potential energy. Therefore, the energy efficiency ratio is improved and the energy consumption is reduced. The bamboo product digestion furnace uses the electric energy to heat, so that the poisonous and harmful gas can be prevented from generating in a gas combustion process and the pollution on the air environment can be avoided.
