Abstract

The invention relates to the nondestructive detection technology for distribution transformer equipment, and particularly relates to a high-frequency non-contact rapid heating device and a method fora distribution transformer terminal. The device comprises a temperature control device, a high-frequency heating device and a water circulation device, wherein the temperature control device comprisesa temperature collector, a temperature control alarm and a thermal relay; the high-frequency heating device comprises a main engine, an induction heating coil and an insulating hot boot; and the water circulation device comprises a circulation water pool. The method mainly comprises the following steps: wiring of each device is completed; parameters of a host panel are set; each device is startedsequentially, and heating power is adjusted; and each circuit is cut off after a temperature rise limit value is achieved. the device can heat the terminal in a condition in which the non-contact transformer terminal is nondestructive, has the advantages of simplicity, high efficiency and high automatic degree, and is mainly used for quickly and efficiently heating the terminal of each type of distribution transformer, and thus, a thermoelectric method is used to discriminate a winding material.
