The method comprises the steps that under the circumstance that a first fast switch, a second fast switch,a first main switch, a second main switch, a high-voltage switch and a synchronous power source all operate normally, whether one of a first power supply circuit and a second power supply circuit operates normally or not is judged; if not, a brake signal is transmitted to a braking system of the elevator for the double-bridge mine so that the braking system can carry out braking; if yes, a powersource signal received by a main shaft encoder is obtained, and whether the power source signal is interrupted or not is judged according to the power source signal; and if the power source signal isinterrupted, the step for transmitting the brake signal to the braking system of the elevator for the double-bridge mine and enabling the braking system to carry out braking is returned and executed.By the application of the embodiment, the safety performance of the elevator for the double-bridge mine can be improved.
