Abstract

The invention discloses a drying device for automobile accessory production. The drying device comprises a drying room, a grid plate, air heaters, a fan, idler wheels, a motor and a rolling door, wherein the air heaters are arranged at the left end face and the right end face of the drying room, an air outlet is formed in the center of the upper end face of the drying room, and a dust cover is arranged at the upper end of the air outlet. The drying room is sealed in the drying process through the rolling door arranged at an entrance of the drying room, the heat loss is avoided, the drying effect is improved, and the drying efficiency is improved; through arrangement of the grid plate for storing automobile accessories and a coaming below the grid plate, the automobile accessories can be stored in a suspended mode; the fan blows hot air in the drying room towards an inner side cavity of the coaming and towards the automobile accessories through the grid plate to achieve efficient and thorough drying, and the automobile accessory drying efficiency is greatly improved; and by means of the idler wheels and a track which are arranged at the lower end of a bottom plate as well as a motorconnected with the idler wheels, the automobile accessories can be electrically controlled to enter or exit from the drying room, and labor and time are saved.
