Abstract

The invention discloses a rex rabbit fur cleaning production tanning process, and relates to rex rabbit fur cleaning production tanning processes. The process sequentially comprises the following steps of (1) carrying out soaking, (2) removing meat, (3) carrying out degreasing, (4) carrying out pickling and softening, (5) carrying out re-pickling, (6) carrying out tanning, (7) carrying out fur discharging and water controlling, and then carrying out neutralization and fat adding as well as subsequent drying finishing operation. In the degreasing step, a degreasing solution is used as a solution for soaking treatment; and treatment solutions of the soaking and softening step, the re-pickling step and the tanning step can be repeatedly reused. Compared with traditional fur chrome tanning andaldehyde tanning technologies, a formaldehyde-free chrome-free tanning technology is adopted, the method that the treatment solutions are repeatedly used is adopted, therefore, the fur tanning process can save chemical raw materials by 60% or more, and the water consumption can be reduced; the emission of harmful substances can be reduced, and no formaldehyde and chromium elements are contained in the sewage; and moreover, a fur white board of a fur treated by adopting the process is white, and better conditions are provided for dyeing.
