Water seal device for gas cutting in and out and use method thereof

The invention discloses a water seal device for gas cutting in and out and a use method thereof. The water seal device comprises an outer cylinder and an inner cylinder, wherein a sealed chamber is defined by the outer cylinder; a gas outlet pipe communicating with the chamber is arranged at the upper end of the outer cylinder; a gas inlet pipe communicating with the chamber is arranged at the lower end of the outer cylinder; a water inlet pipe communicating with the chamber is arranged on one side of the outer cylinder for allowing water to flow into the chamber; an overflow pipe communicating with the chamber is arranged on the other side of the outer cylinder for detecting the level of the water in the chamber; a water drainage pipe communicating with the chamber is arranged at the bottom part of the outer cylinder; the inner cylinder is arranged in the chamber; the inner cylinder defines a working chamber with an opened lower end out; and the chamber communicates with the working chamber. According to the water seal device for gas cutting in and out and the usage method thereof, which are shown in the embodiment of the invention, the water seal device is adopted for controllingthe gas to be cut in and out, thereby not only being convenient in operation and reducing the operation procedures, but also having good controlling effect in cutting the gas in and out and eliminating the safety risk.
