Abstract

The invention provides a grinding aid material for improving the fluidity of fly ash, and a use method thereof. According to the present invention, the grinding aid material is prepared from a surfactant and polyacrylamide; the grinding aid material is dissolved in water to prepare a grinding aid material aqueous solution, and the grinding aid material aqueous solution is sucked out of a containerby using a high pressure water pump, is introduced into a mill, and is completely mixed with fly ash, such that the grinding aid material can be attached to the surface of the fly ash particles to form a film layer, and the fluidity of fly ash concrete can be improved by using the lubricating effect on the fly ash spherical particles after the dissolving of the film layer when the fly ash and cement are mixed; and the grinding aid material has advantages of extremely low consumption, extremely low cost and convenient use.
