The method includes the following steps of (1), preparation of organic substrates; (2), selection of seeds; (3), castration of the seeds; (4), planting management, wherein the substrates are flatly laid on a planting bed adopting a net-shaped carrier for bearing the substrates, then the seeds are sowed on the substrate layer, watering is conducted immediately after the seeds are sowed, and the substrate layer is covered with straw; (4), water and fertilizer management, wherein watering is performed once or twice each day at the seedling emergence stage and the sprouting stage, watering is performed every one or two days at the withering stage, spraying of biogas slurry is performed every five to seven days, and organic microelements are added to the biogas slurry; and (5) harvesting, wherein after narcissus leaf blades wither, the bulbus of narcissus can be harvested when the substrate layer tends to be cracked. According to the narcissus soilless cultivation method, organic matter serves as the main material, soilless cultivation is performed on the narcissus, a suitable growth environment is provided for the narcissus, the narcissus is made to grow robustly in combination with a water and fertilizer drop irrigation management method, the harvesting cycle is shortened, the yield is raised, and quality is guaranteed.
