Composite wheat seed soaking agent as well as preparation method, usage method and application thereof

ActiveCN105145603AEliminate negative effectsSignificant synergistic effectBiocidePlant growth regulatorsUniconazoleFour component
The invention discloses a composite wheat seed soaking agent as well as a preparation method, a usage method and an application thereof and belongs to the field of wheat seed soaking agents. The composite wheat seed soaking agent mainly comprises uniconazole, bachmedesh and diphenylurea. The invention further discloses the preparation method, the usage method and the application of the composite wheat seed soaking agent. The uniconazole, the bachmedesh and the diphenylurea are subjected to ternary compounding, then a compound is diluted with a corn pollen liquid and used for processing wheat seeds, so that the negative effects caused by usage of single component can be eliminated more effectively, the obvious synergistic interaction function is realized through compatibility of four components, germinated seedlings are short and strong, root systems are developed, the lodging resistance is enhanced, and stress resistance such as insect resistance, drought resistance, salt tolerance and the like is remarkably improved. With the adoption of the composite wheat seed soaking agent for processing the wheat seeds, the wheat planting range can be broadened, and effects of production increase, yield stabilization and the like are realized.

The invention discloses a method for improving saline-alkali resistance and drought resistance of cotton, and relates to the field of cotton seedling. The method comprises the following specific stepsof applying an organic fertilizer for saline-alkali soil into soil to be planted with the cotton, and performing deep ploughing; selecting mature and full cotton seeds, soaking the seeds in warm water for shelling, drying the seeds, irradiating the seeds with ultraviolet rays, and sequentially soaking the seeds in a potassium permanganate solution, a gibberellin solution and a nutrient solution;placing the seeds in a culture dish filled with a seedling substrate, and after the seeds germinate, preparing for field planting when 3-4 true leaves grow out; and planting cotton seedlings into thesoil, watering and topdressing. The saline-alkali resistance of the cotton planted in the saline-alkali soil during seedling stage can be enhanced, the seedling death rate is reduced, the seedling protection effect is enhanced, and early germination and rapid growth of the cotton are promoted.

Bio-organic fertilizer prepared by using agrobacterium rhizogenes and preparation method of bio-organic fertilizer

InactiveCN107814669APromote growthImprove absorption efficiencyExcrement fertilisersFertilizer mixturesDiseaseRoot growth
The invention relates to bio-organic fertilizer prepared by using agrobacterium rhizogenes and a preparation method of the bio-organic fertilizer. The bio-organic fertilizer is prepared from main rawmaterials of A4, R1205, R1000, R1601, R1022 and 15834 agrobacterium rhizogenes. Through the agrobacterium rhizogenes, an effect of promotion of root growth of plants can be achieved, and an importantinfluence on the promotion of the growth and development of the plants can be generated. Therefore, the bio-organic fertilizer is prepared from an agrobacterium rhizogenes solution with an OD value of0.4-0.6, an organic matter composition and biomass charcoal; after the application of the bio-organic fertilizer to the plants, nutrients needed for the growth of the plants can be met, the abilitiesof drought resistance and disease resistance of the plants can be improved, and the growth of root systems of the plants can be stimulated so as to increase the absorption area of the root systems, so that the rooting ability of the plants is enhanced, the nutrient efficiency of the plants is improved, and the growth and development of the plants are promoted; the problems of low quality and lowyield in plant production can be solved, and the improvement of potential economic benefits of the plants and agricultural production are facilitated.

The invention provides a research method for increasing the oxidation resistance of Ilex verticillata. The method includes: selecting the biennial cuttage seedlings of two Ilex verticillata varieties, and performing acclimation in a greenhouse for 2 months; selecting 18 cuttage seedlings of each of the two varieties, separating each variety into two groups, spraying melatonin to one group, and spraying equal-amount clean water to the other group; performing identical drought stress treatment at the same time; collecting fresh leaves immediately after the treatment, on the seventh day after thetreatment and on the thirtieth day after the treatment, quickly freezing the collected leaves in liquid nitrogen, and preserving the frozen leaves in refrigerator of ultralow temperature of minus 80DEG C; measuring superoxide dismutase and peroxidase activity and malondialdehyde content. The research method has the advantages that by applying external melatonin to perform treatment, the influence of the melatonin on the oxidation resistance of the Ilex verticillata cuttage seedlings under drought stress is comparatively analyzed; the research results can lay a foundation for the research ofthe Ilex verticillata physiological mechanism responding to the drought stress and measures for increasing the drought resistance of the Ilex verticillata and the popularization of the Ilex verticillata in drought regions.
