AI Technical Summary

Benefits of technology

This patented technology allows creating highly concentrated biofuel (BFO) with low levels of bad smells by utilising both oxygen gas from air or liquid methane during aerobics fermentations instead of traditional methods like burning fossils at very large scales. BFO also has several benefits that make them more valuable than current sources: they are less expensive compared to synthetic chemical fertilants while still having good quality fodder products due to their small molecules called polyhydroxybutyric acids (PHBA). Additionally, this method does not produce harmful gases when decomposing waste plastic containing PHA polymers found on animal feedstocks. Overall these technical results help improve farming efficiency and lower cost per unit weight of crops grown worldwide.

Problems solved by technology

This patented describes how disposing of animal wastes like urine and bile from agricultural industries poses challenges due to their highly acidified nature and potential negative impact on human health caused by excess amounts of volatile substances released during decomposition processes. Biological treatment methods are being developed towards this problem. However, current solutions have limitations including poor efficiency at treating specific types of liquors while also causing environmental concerns related issues associated with residual liquid effluence.

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of biogas slurry fertilizers, and discloses a preparation method for an odourless high-valued biogas slurry fertilizer. The preparation method comprises the following steps: taking biogas slurry, and pumping the biogas slurry into an aerobic fermentation device; respectively adding an organic carbon source compound, a nitrogen source, a phosphorus source and a potassium source into the biogas slurry to obtain a mixed liquid, and regulating the pH value of the mixed liquid until the mixed liquid is acidic; adding an aerobic microbial agent into the mixed liquid, and performing aerobic fermentation culture; adding an anaerobic microbial agent into the mixed liquid which is subjected to aerobic fermentation, and performing anaerobic fermentation culture; in an anaerobic fermentation culture process, adding inorganic acid calcium. The biogas slurry fertilizer provided by the invention takes the biogas slurry as a raw material, is prepared into ahigh value-added fertilizer which is rich in a plurality of probiotics and nutrients by adding a plurality of auxiliary materials and elements, such as nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and calcium, and can be used for agricultural irrigation and aquaculture.
