Abstract

The invention discloses an automatic hard alloy welding tool for a valve seat. The automatic hard alloy welding tool comprises a workbench, wherein the upper surface of the workbench is fixedly connected with a supporting block; a cavity is arranged in the supporting block; a dual-axis rotation motor is arranged in the cavity; upper and lower sides of the dual-axis rotation motor are fixedly connected with upper and lower sides of the cavity separately; two output ends of the dual-axis rotation motor are fixedly connected with threaded rods through shaft couplers; ends, away from the dual-axisrotation motor, of the threaded rods are in threaded connection with threaded barrels; tops of the threaded barrels are fixedly connected with first supporting rods; strip-shaped openings which correspond to the first supporting rods are formed in the top of the cavity; opposite sides of the two first supporting rods are fixedly connected with arc-shaped clamping blocks; a first groove is formedin the upper surface of the workbench; and the right side of the first groove is fixedly connected with an electric pushing rod. The automatic hard alloy welding tool can precisely push the valve seatinto a valve rod to weld, can conveniently position the valve body, and prevents the valve body from shaking.
