Abstract

The invention discloses a disc generator, which, in the structure, comprises supporting frames, a main disc body, connecting plates, a displacement sensor, a rotating shaft, an inner disc, N-pole rotors, S-pole rotors and supporting bolts, wherein the supporting frames are arranged below the main disc body; the connecting plates are arranged between the main disc body and the inner disc; the innerdisc is arranged in the inner center of the main disc body; the main disc body, the connecting plates and the inner disc form an integrated structure; the displacement sensor is arranged in the center of the inner disc; the displacement sensor is connected with the inner surface of the inner disc through electric welding; and the rotating shaft passes through the upper surface and the lower surface of the displacement sensor and adopts clearance fit with the displacement sensor. Through arranging the displacement sensor in the center of the inner disc, the displacement condition of the main disc body and the rotating column can be detected in real time, a phenomenon that large relative displacement between the main disc body and the rotating column results in violent shaking when the maindisc body rotates and thus, a generator is damaged and the power generation rate is also reduced can be prevented, the generator can be effectively protected, and the power generation efficiency is improved at the same time.
