Abstract

The invention discloses a hopper lifting device, an automatic chemical filling system and a one-step rubber fining production system. The hopper lifting device comprises a vertical framework, a preparation hopper, a lifting device and a lifting drive device. The lifting device reciprocates up and down along the vertical framework through the lifting drive device. The preparation hopper is connected with the lifting device. The lifting drive device is arranged on the vertical framework and comprises a driving chain wheel and three driven chain wheels. A ring chain is arranged on the driving chain wheel and the three driven chain wheels. The chain is connected with the lifting device. The driving chain wheel drives the driven chain wheels to rotate when rotating, then the ring chain is driven to rotate up and down, and thus vertical movement of the preparation hopper connected with the lifting device is achieved. The requirement for space height of a workshop is reduced, the applicability is higher, and meanwhile pollution to the environment is reduced.
