Abstract

The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a cover plate with the semi-transparent effect. The cover plate is applied to a display device. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: S1, providing a transparent substrate; S2, forming an ink layer on the surface of the transparent substrate; and S3, forming a semi-transparent pattern on the ink layer through the laser technology,when the display device is lightened, keeping the semi-transparent pattern in the light-pervious state, and when the display device is turned off, the semi-transparent pattern realizing a hiding effect. According to the manufacturing method, the ink layer is arranged on the surface of the transparent substrate, the corresponding semi-transparent pattern is formed on the ink layer by adopting thelaser technology, and the cover plate at other areas is not light-pervious, so that when the manufactured cover plate is used for the display device, the cover plate is observed to see the pattern only when the display device is lightened and has the semi-transparent visual effect; and when the display device is turned off, the cover plate forms an excellent and integrated visual effect, and the visual effect of hiding the semi-transparent pattern is displayed.
