Benefits of technology

This patented technology helps prevent damage caused during maintenance work while maintaining efficient operation within metropolitan transport systems. It uses markers that indicate when certain parts are needed more frequently than usual but they don't always happen at all times. When there needs one part lasted longer, another part will start working properly instead. Additionally, these techniques help identify areas where problems may occur before they become apparent even after long periods of nonuse. Overall, this technology improves asset utilization rates, reduces processing error risks, saves resource costs, and enhances overall performance.

Problems solved by technology

This patented technical problem addressed in this patents describes how current systems manage high volumes of railway traffic with complex control mechanisms such as relaying devices or communication networks. These issues make maintenance tasks time-consuming and expensive because they require manual intervention from human operators who have limited understanding about their lifecycle.

Embodiment 1

[0050] like figure 1 As shown, the present embodiment 1 discloses a kind of urban rail transit equipment management method, comprising:

[0051] S1. The purchase module purchases multiple devices according to the preset purchase quantity; the purchase module marks the devices as new devices, and transports the multiple devices to the maintenance module;

[0052] S2. The maintenance module receives the equipment, marks the equipment as equipment under maintenance, and performs maintenance on the equipment;

[0053] If the inspection is qualified, the equipment will be transported to the on-site spare module;

[0054] If the overhaul is unqualified, the equipment will be marked as scrap equipment;

[0055] S3. The on-site standby module receives the equipment, marks the equipment as a standby equipment, and stores the equipment;

[0056] S4. The on-site use module takes equipment from the on-site standby module, marks the device as an online device, and puts the device on-line f

Embodiment 2

[0075] like figure 2 As shown, the present embodiment 2 discloses a kind of urban rail transit equipment management system, comprising:

[0076] Procurement module 1 is used to purchase multiple devices with a preset purchase quantity, mark the devices as new devices, and transport multiple devices to maintenance module 2;

[0077] The maintenance module 2 is used to receive the equipment, mark the equipment as equipment under maintenance, and overhaul the equipment; if the overhaul is qualified, transport the equipment to the on-site standby module 3; if the overhaul is unqualified, mark the equipment as scrap equipment;

[0078] The on-site standby module 3 is used to receive equipment, mark the equipment as standby equipment, and store the equipment;

[0079] On-site use module 4 is used to obtain equipment from the on-site standby module, mark the equipment as online equipment, and use the equipment online; when the online equipment meets the preset offline conditions, the

Abstract

The invention discloses an urban rail transit equipment management method and system. The state of equipment is tracked by marking the equipment in time. A on-site use module is used for timely carrying out off-line maintenance or scrapping on equipment which is being used, and the equipment is capable of being replaced in time. A judgment module can be used for judging the use condition of the equipment by using a preset condition. By implementing the method, the use of the equipment in the urban rail transit system can be automatically and comprehensively monitored and managed, the damaged equipment can be scrapped in time, the equipment flow efficiency in the system can be greatly improved, the process error frequency is reduced, and manpower and material resources are saved.
