The cloud computing technology is used as a novel network operation mode; calculation, storage, network and software resource sharing and service can be provided for various network applications with low cost and high efficiency; the power dispatching cloud system is constructed by means of the cloud computing technology, various energy sources, technologies, organizational environments and the like can be integrated, energy efficiency information exchange and information sharing are promoted, a power dispatching strategy is more effectively determined, and therefore safe and stable operation of an intelligent power grid is guaranteed.
