Abstract

The invention discloses a roller bearing with microstructures on the surfaces of roller ways and a lubricating method of the roller bearing. The bearing comprises a bearing inner ring, a bearing outerring and a rolling body arranged between the bearing inner ring and the bearing outer ring; the surface of the roller way of the bearing inner ring and the surface of the roller way of the bearing outer ring are each provided with a reinforced grinding layer, and the surfaces of the reinforced grinding layers are provided with the microstructures; the microstructures are composed of a plurality of vertical strip-shaped grooves which are uniformly formed in the circumferential direction; and the extending direction of the vertical strip-shaped grooves is parallel to the axial direction of thebearing. The vertical strip-shaped micro grooves are formed in the surfaces of the roller ways of the roller bearing, and on the basis of the vertical strip-shaped micro grooves, the self-lubricatingperformance and the anti-load capacity can be effectively improved, and the service life also can be prolonged.
