Horizontal flow sediment device and use method thereof

The invention relates to a horizontal flow sediment device and a use method thereof. The horizontal flow sediment device comprises a whole formed in columns or rows in sequence by a plurality of groups of horizontal flow sediment units, each horizontal flow sediment unit comprises a plurality of vertical square tubes arranged in the same vertical plane with equal spacing, and a plurality of groupsof horizontal and periodic folded plates arranged on the vertical square tubes at the same time; the folded plates comprises (-shaped sloping plates and vertical plates, the intersection positions ofthe lower ends of the sloping plates and vertical plates of each group of folded plates are provided with sludge discharging ports, and sedimentary sludge through the sloping plates of the folded plates is correspondingly put into sludge discharging channels formed by the vertical plates of the folded plates; the widths of the square tubes are the widths of the sludge discharging channels; and water inlet and outlet ends of the sludge discharging channels are relatively enclosed to form static liquid areas. The horizontal flow sediment device has the advantages that the structural design is reasonable, operation and use are convenient, automation and intelligence levels are high, blocking of the sludge channel can be effectively avoided, and flushing efficiency of horizontal tubes is improved.
