Abstract

The invention discloses a method and system for discovering the utilization of a ceRNA mechanism by long non-coding RNA molecular markers through a multi-data platform and application. LncRNA expression data is analyzed by means of various bioinformatic analysis methods based on rectal carcinoma LncRNA sequencing data of TANRIC public data resources, LncRNAs related to rectal carcinoma are identified, the LncRNA-related ceRNA mechanism is studied, and finally, an LncRNA-miRNA-mRNA-disease interaction map is formed. According to the method and the system, abundant and diverse bioinformatic methods are adopted, the data resources are integrated, a complete analysis process is established, it can be effectively discovered that the LncRNA molecules related to rectal carcinoma exert their biological effects through the ceRNA mechanism, in the process, high-throughput data of a public database is utilized, the scientific research cost is reduced, and the analysis efficiency is improved.
