Abstract

The invention relates to a street lamp using a fuel cell as a power supply. The street lamp is characterized in that a solar battery pack and the fuel cell are used as street lamp power supplies. As shown in the figure, the street lamp is composed of a fuel cell, a solar cell panel, a storage battery, a power supply adaptation and control device, a light source and a system control device. Duringoperation, the electric quantity of the storage battery is maintained by the solar cell and drives the light source. When the electric quantity of the storage battery is insufficient, the fuel cell works to charge the storage battery, and the light source can be directly driven to operate. Through the dynamic control of the work of the fuel cell, the purposes of prolonging the fuel replacement period and improving the fuel utilization rate are achieved. Traditional street lamps are high in maintenance cost and high in failure rate. Weather condition limitation of a pure solar street lamp is achieved, the defects of the solar street lamp are effectively overcome through fuel cell power supply; meanwhile, a fuel cell only generates water and heat, and the damage influence on the environmentis almost zero.
