Abstract

The invention discloses product inspection equipment for high-precision mold production. The equipment comprises a first U-shaped frame and a second U-shaped frame which are hinged to each other. First electric telescopic rods are hinged to the two sides of the second U-shaped frame. The ends, away from the second U-shaped frame, of the two first electric telescopic rods are hinged to the two sides of the first U-shaped frame respectively. A same metal cylinder is hinged to one end of the inner wall of the first U-shaped frame. An adjusting threaded rod is connected to the bottom end of the metal cylinder in a threaded mode. A hinge block is hinged to the bottom end of the adjusting threaded rod. A supporting disc is welded to the bottom end of the hinge block. A groove strip is welded tothe top end of the metal cylinder. A slideway is fixed to one side of the groove strip through a bolt, and two sliding blocks are arranged on the slideway in a sliding mode. The equipment is convenient to transfer. The inclination angle of the slideway can be conveniently adjusted. Opening and closing inspection of a mold can be performed at different inclination angles, and the reliability of theinspection result can be improved. Through the arrangement of a tension detection mechanism, the tension required for opening and closing a mold can be conveniently detected.
