The temperature pre-regulation control system comprises a battery pack, a thermal management system, an automobile electricity utilization load and a control system, wherein the control system comprisesa controller, an acquisition module and an instruction module; the acquisition module acquires battery pack parameter information, compares the battery pack parameter information with a preset parameter value in the controller, and controls the automobile electricity utilization load and the thermal management system through the instruction module to realize battery pack temperature pre-regulation. According to the invention, the battery pack can work in a relatively large temperature range, responses can be made in time for various problems of the battery pack, and especially when the discharge current is relatively large and the temperature rise of the battery is delayed, the flow of the cooling liquid is pre-adjusted, so that the uncontrollable condition of the battery is avoided; andmeanwhile, the controller has the functions of continuously learning and optimizing control parameters, and can carry out continuous adjustment according to the driving habit of a driver and the gradual aging of the battery.
