The invention discloses a project cost estimation system and device based on geology, and the system comprises: an archive data module which is used for building a data archive of one or more types ofdata in engineering, manpower and materials; a geological data module which is used for establishing a data set of geological blocks and/or thermodynamic diagram points; a map module which is used for providing map data and connecting data streams such as human and planning data streams, planning and geography data streams, geography and geology data streams and geology and basic data streams inseries; an engineering planning module which is used for providing interaction and planning engineering to obtain project planning; and a cost estimation module which is used for receiving one or moreof project planning, engineering data, manpower data, material data, geological block data, thermodynamic diagram point data and map data, and calculating and outputting engineering quotation. Projects can be planned according to local conditions, corresponding quotation estimation is carried out, intelligent quotation estimation is achieved, and low efficiency and complexity of manual estimationare avoided.
