A vertical guide rod is arranged in the cable tunnel; a buoyancy block fluctuating along with the change of the water level is mounted on the vertical guide rod in a sliding manner; a buoyancy sleeve arranged on the vertical guide rod in a sleeving mode is installed at the upper end of the buoyancy block, the outer side wall of the buoyancy sleeve is vertically divided into a plurality of adjusting areas, each adjusting area is provided with a first triggering piece, and the multiple first triggering pieces are distributed at different horizontal heights of the corresponding adjusting areas at equal intervals; the switch pull ropes ofthe warning lamps are connected with second triggering pieces, and the first triggering pieces achieve turning-on and turning-off of the warning lamps through the second triggering pieces corresponding to up-down fluctuation; according to the invention, operation and maintenance personnel of the tunnel can conveniently know the water level change information of the tunnel in time so as to make amore reasonable drainage plan, and the water level monitoring efficiency can be improved.
