Example Embodiment

[0013] Specific embodiment one, please refer to figure 1 , A distributed centralized management system, characterized in that the steps are:

[0014] (1) First of all, the photovoltaic modules go through EL intelligent detection before the layer;

[0015] (2) Products that have passed the EL intelligent detection before the layer are sent to the laminator for lamination; the products that pass the EL intelligent detection before the layer are not qualified and sent for repair after the EL review before the layer, and the results of the EL review before the layer are sent to the server , The repaired photovoltaic module enters the EL intelligent detection before the layer again;

[0016] (3) After the qualified photovoltaic modules are laminated by the laminator, they undergo the pre-layer EL intelligent detection and the post-layer EL review in turn, and the results of the post-layer EL review are sent to the server.

Abstract

The invention relates to a distributed centralized management system used for realizing automatic recognition in EL detection at a line production end of a photovoltaic module and belongs to the fieldof photovoltaic module detection technology. According to the distributed centralized management system, EL intelligent detection is performed on the photovoltaic module before and after lamination detection through a lamination machine, the photovoltaic module is quickly screened and checked through EL intelligent detection review, and therefore the purpose of rapid detection on the photovoltaicmodule is achieved; and through an automatic recognition algorithm, automatic recognition of a component defect of a single production line is completed through CMS, then unqualified pictures in a whole workshop are subject to secondary review through a workshop terminal, therefore, the manpower at the EL detection end can be reduced by 75% and above, manpower is saved, and detection efficiency is improved. In a word, by use of the distributed centralized management system, detection accuracy is improved, the labor intensity and quantity of workers are reduced, and the detection efficiency ofthe photovoltaic module is improved.
