Abstract

The invention provides a glass toughening treatment system with a high safety coefficient. The system comprises a first supporting base and a second supporting base, wherein two first supporting columns are fixedly installed at the two sides of the top of the first supporting base, a plurality of first rolling rods are fixedly installed between the two first supporting columns, a table top is fixedly installed at one side of the first supporting base, a fixed frame is fixedly installed at the top of the table top, and a containing frame is fixedly installed in the middle of the fixed frame. According to the scheme, toughened glass is deburred and polished through a servo motor and a polishing belt, the rotation of the polishing belt is supported through mutual cooperation of a first rotating rod and a second rotating rod, the toughened glass is conveyed in time through mutual cooperation of two synchronous motors and a feeding belt, and the feeding belt is conveniently supported through a first rotating shaft and a second rotating shaft.
