Abstract

The invention discloses a method for detecting levamisole in immunomodulatory health food for children. The method comprises the following steps: weighing a to-be-detected sample with a preset weight,putting the to-be-detected sample into a centrifuge tube, adding an internal standard substance and an organic solvent, carrying out standing extraction for a first preset period of time under a first preset condition, and after standing extraction, carrying out centrifugal treatment for a second preset period of time at a first preset rotating speed; extracting a first preset volume of supernatant from the centrifuge tube having undergone centrifugation, then purifying the supernatant through a solid-phase extraction column, and collecting a second preset volume of eluate; putting the collected eluate into a water-bath nitrogen blowing instrument for blow-drying, and then adding a volume-fixing reagent to fix a volume so as to obtain a to-be-detected solution with a third preset volume;and carrying out vortex uniform mixing on the to-be-detected solution, and then carrying out high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem quadrupole mass spectrometry determination through a filter membrane. The invention has the beneficial effect that the method for detecting levamisole in immunomodulatory health food for children based on the combination of detection process improvement and artificial intelligence technology is provided.
