AI Technical Summary

Benefits of technology

This technology uses measurements from different sources such as sound levels or body temperatures for better accuracy during measuring ears's tones (temperature) compared with other methods like tympanometry. By combining these results into one value that describes an average overall, it provides greater accuracy and convenience when making precise measurements at specific points within your head.

Problems solved by technology

This patented technical problem addressed in this patents relates to improving the accuracy and speed at which we analyze animal behavior during breedings without having physical contact between humans and animals. Current methods require manual observation and external tools like lamps/microscopes, making them hard to track down on multiple locations within one day's period. Additionally, current methods have limitations when analyzing larger numbers of samples due to their slowness and high cost compared to other techniques.

Embodiment Construction

[0028] The following will clearly and completely describe the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention. Obviously, the described embodiments are only some, not all, embodiments of the present invention. Based on the embodiments of the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by persons of ordinary skill in the art without making creative efforts belong to the protection scope of the present invention.

[0029] Such as Figure 1-2 , the present invention provides a method for calibrating body temperature collected by the Internet of Things for animal husbandry, which comprises the following steps:

[0030] The first step is data collection, collecting pig ear tag temperature, pig movement data, ambient temperature, ambient humidity, pig rectal temperature, and recording;

[0031] In the second step, model selection and training, the random forest regression algo

Abstract

According to the livestock Internet of Things collected body temperature calibration method provided by the invention, the temperature data collected by the ear tag is transmitted to the model throughthe methods of data collection, model training and application deployment, and the temperature data infinitely close to the rectum temperature is output through the model, so that the output temperature data is more accurate, and errors are reduced. Meanwhile, through the ear tags, temperature measurement is more convenient, each ear tag corresponds to one pig, data transmitted by each ear tag represents temperature data of the pig, and point-to-point measurement and single accurate measurement are achieved; in addition, the temperatures of the single ear tags are gathered to form the temperature of a pig herd, and the overall temperature is measured.
