A state monitoring module is arranged, a monitoring curve is generated according to working data, the monitoring curve is sent to a fault detection module and a display early warning module, and the working state of the submersible electric pump is visually displayed to workers; a fault detection module is arranged, the faults of the submersible electric pump are judged according to the monitoring curve, corresponding fault labels are generated, the faults of the submersible electric pump are classified, and workers can find the faults in time for maintenance; and a fault early warning module is arranged, the fault of the submersible electric pump is predicted through a prediction model, the fault of the submersible electric pump can be found in advance, and precaution by workers in advance is facilitated.
