cyclone gas-liquid separation device. The tubular
cyclone gas-liquid separation device comprises a rectification pre-segmentation section and a
cyclone separation section, the rectification pre-segmentation section comprises a buffer vertical
pipe, the lower end is connected with the upper end of the buffer vertical
pipe; a bend
pipe, wherein the lower end is connected with the upper end of the buffer vertical pipe; a downdip pipe, one end of the downdip is connected with the upper end of the bent pipe; a liquid separation tank is arranged below the downdip pipe, and the top of the liquid separation tank is communicated with the middle of the downdip pipe through a first connecting pipe; a cyclone separation section, the lower part of the gas-liquid
separation column is communicated with the lower part of the liquid separation tank through a second connecting pipe, the middle part of the gas-liquid
separation column is communicated with the other endof the downdip pipe, and gas-phase and liquid-phase outlet pipes are respectively arranged at the top and the lower part; and a reducing
nozzle is arranged in the downdip pipe close to the outlet endof the downdip pipe. The gas-liquid separator can effectively convert an incoming gas-liquid
slug into layered flow, eliminates strong
impact of the inlet
slug on the separator, maintains the stability of a cyclone field and a gas-
liquid interface in the separator, improves the flow pattern conversion efficiency and the adaptability to severe working conditions, and realizes stable and reliable operation of the gas-liquid separator.
