Parking information of the parking lot is acquired by using a parking acquisition unit, and vehicle information of an in-out garage is acquired by using an in-out garage acquisition unit; the parking information is analyzed to obtain parking analysis information, the vehicle information is analyzed to obtain vehicle analysis information, and the parking analysis information and the vehicle analysis information are combined in a classified way to obtain an analysis information set; the analysis information set is processed by using a processing module to obtain a processed information set; a charging module is used for charging the parked vehicle according to the parking duration and the preset parking unit price, generating charging data and sending the charging data to a control module; the control module is used for receiving and processing the information set and the charging data and controlling operation of the parking rod when the vehicle leaves the garage. The problem that the access efficiency of different parked vehicles cannot be improved by automatically identifying and controlling the operation of the parking rod according to the parking type and authority can be solved.
