Abstract

The invention discloses an OTP register verification method based on an RAL. The method comprises the steps of 1, setting up a register universal verification platform based on the RAL; 2, writing the random data into a data file of the OTP device simulation model; 3, obtaining a current OTP register abstraction level description file; 4, on the basis of the current register abstraction level description file, updating the RAL-based register general verification platform; and 5, running a predefined reset value verification test case of the register on the register general verification platform based on the RAL, and verifying the correctness of the OTP control logic. The OTP register is subjected to dual verification based on the verification methodology RAL of the register abstraction layer, whether the reset value and the read-write attribute of the register conform to the design specification or not is verified, efficient verification of the OTP register is achieved, and the correctness of OTP control logic is verified.
