Benefits of technology

This patented technology uses a special device called a ballasts box or tide barrel for converting ballasted weights into equal-pitched forces on boats without requiring them constantly at all times during their workouts. By doing this, it becomes safer than traditional methods like winches because there are no concerns about any changes made over time due to factors such as sea levels affecting boat performance. Additionally, the use of these devices makes operations more stable while reducing risk from accidents caused by vessel failures. Overall, this new method improves efficiency and security measures for boats used outdoors (fishing).

Problems solved by technology

This patented technical problem addressed in the current design described in the text describes various issues with conventional methods that use ropes to fix the platforms during maintenance work such as adjustments made after installation due to changes overtime caused by factors like waves hitting the generators' protective walls. Additionally, manual operations are prone to human error leading to potential safety hazards when releasing tether from the platform.

Embodiment

[0025] Such as figure 1 , 2 As shown, a variable mooring device for a fish-collecting platform disclosed by the present invention includes a plurality of supports 1 installed at the convex wall of the transfer work platform of the fish-collecting platform, and fixed pulleys 2 fixed on the supports 1 , one end is connected to the ballast tank 3 for mooring power adjustment and at least one mooring cable 4 that goes around a fixed pulley 2, the mooring ring 5 that is connected to the other end of the mooring cable 4, and the mooring ring 5 that is arranged on the fish collecting platform The limit ring 6 on the side wall of the convex wall of the transfer working platform is used to provide a limit and restraint effect on the mooring ring 5; wherein, one end of the mooring cable 4 connected to the mooring ring 5 bypasses another fixed pulley 2 . Specifically, after mooring the fish collection platform with the mooring ring, the ballast chamber will provide a mooring force, and the

Abstract

The invention discloses a variable mooring device for a fish gathering platform, and mainly solves the problem that the mooring and fastening of the fish gathering platform need to be manually carried out, so that the operation is poor in safety. The variable mooring device comprises a plurality of supporting pieces, fixed pulleys, at least one mooring rope and a mooring ring, wherein the supporting pieces are mounted on a convex wall of a transfer working platform of the fish gathering platform, the fixed pulleys are fixed on the supporting pieces, one end of each mooring rope is connected with a ballast bin used for adjusting mooring power and bypasses one fixed pulley, the mooring ring is connected to the other end of the mooring rope; and a limiting ring arranged on the side wall of the convex wall of the transfer working platform of the fish gathering platform and used for limiting and restraining the mooring ring. After the mooring device is used on the fish gathering platform, an operator does not need to pay attention to the amplitude of the water level at any time and only needs to regularly check the mooring working state of the fish gathering platform, and the safety risk of water operation of the operator and the risk of personal injury of the operator are eliminated; and secondly, after the device is operated, the mooring stability of the fish gathering platform is improved, and the possibility of faults of the overall fish gathering system is reduced.
