Abstract

The invention discloses a line safety margin checking method, which relates to the technical field of electric power safety margin, and comprises the following steps of: determining an optimal load rate meeting power supply reliability and a network structure under the condition of remaining margin without considering load growth; calculating the line load growth rate according to the average load rate of the line decreased in recent years; according to the line load growth rate, calculating an optimal line load rate under the condition of considering the margin reserved by load growth; calculating an average current reference value of the next year according to the daily average current of the line in the last year and the optimal load rate of the line under the condition of considering the margin reserved by load increase; and the line safety margin is calculated according to the rated current-carrying capacity and the average current reference value of the next year, so that the line safety margin calculated by combining the optimal load rate of the line through the data of recent years is more accurate, and data support is provided for monitoring the running state of the line.
