Abstract

The haplotype marker is GTCG and is composed of four SNP markers located on the 12 # chromosome, the Tibetan chicken and other Chinese local chickens can be accurately distinguished through the haplotype molecular marker, and the defect that the Tibetan chicken and other Chinese local chickens are difficult to accurately distinguish through origin and phenotype identification is effectively overcome.
