Abstract

The invention discloses a method, circuit and device for controlling a radio frequency circuit, wearable equipment and a medium, and relates to the technical field of electronics. According to the method, on the basis that the power consumption of a radio frequency PA is adjusted by adjusting the working voltage of the radio frequency PA, a judgment threshold used for adjusting a static working point of the radio frequency PA is obtained, and an actual value of an ACLR of an adjacent channel corresponding to a target channel is obtained; adjusting the static working point of the radio frequency PA according to the relation between the actual value of the ACLR and the judgment threshold; after the static working point of the radio frequency PA is adjusted, the actual value of the ACLR is correspondingly adjusted, and when the adjusted actual value of the ACLR meets the judgment threshold, the adjustment is ended. Therefore, according to the method, on the basis of adjusting the working voltage of the radio frequency PA, the power consumption of the radio frequency PA is further adjusted by adjusting the quiescent working point of the radio frequency PA, so that the performance of the radio frequency transmitting circuit is improved.
