The method comprises the following steps of S1, obtaining an elasticity index which affects the elasticity capability of a new energy large-scale access distribution network; s2, acquiring an elastic factor influencing each elastic index, and calculating the elastic index according to the proportion of the elastic factor; s3, constructing a distribution network elasticity index evaluation system according to the elasticity weight of each elasticity index; the elasticity indexes comprise a bearing index fa, a self-healing index fb, an efficiency index fc and an interaction index fd. According to the scheme, elastic index calculation formulas of bearing capacity, self-healing capacity, efficiency level and interaction capacity are set, a calculation formula of the power distribution network elastic evaluation system oriented to large-scale access of new energy is given, and the evaluation system can comprehensively evaluate the power distribution network under a novel power system.
