Embodiment Construction

[0014]In the description and table that follow, a number of terms are used. In order to provide a clear and consistent understanding of the specification and claims, including the scope to be given such terms, the following definitions are provided:

[0015]Abiotic stress: As used herein, abiotic stress relates to all non-living chemical and physical factors in the environment. Examples of abiotic stress include, but are not limited to, drought, flooding, salinity, temperature, and climate change.

[0016]Allele. Any of one or more alternative forms of a genetic sequence. In a diploid cell or organism, the two alleles of a given sequence typically occupy corresponding loci on a pair of homologous chromosomes.

[0017]Alter. The utilization of up-regulation, down-regulation, or gene silencing.

[0018]Backcrossing. A process in which a breeder crosses progeny back to one of the parental genotypes one or more times. Commonly used to introduce one or more locus conversions from one genetic background

Abstract

A soybean cultivar designated 75052534 is disclosed. The invention relates to the seeds of soybean cultivar 75052534, to the plants of soybean cultivar 75052534, to the plant parts of soybean cultivar 75052534, and to methods for producing progeny of soybean cultivar 75052534. The invention also relates to methods for producing a soybean plant containing in its genetic material one or more transgenes and to the transgenic soybean plants and plant parts produced by those methods. The invention also relates to soybean cultivars or breeding cultivars, and plant parts derived from soybean cultivar 75052534. The invention also relates to methods for producing other soybean cultivars, lines, or plant parts derived from soybean cultivar 75052534, and to the soybean plants, varieties, and their parts derived from use of those methods. The invention further relates to hybrid soybean seeds, plants, and plant parts produced by crossing cultivar 75052534 with another soybean cultivar.
