The invention provides a normalized coronary
artery microcirculation resistance index calculation method. The method comprises the following steps: measuring far-end and near-end pressure values of an interested
blood vessel in a maximum hyperemia state; reconstructing an three-dimensional model of the interested
blood vessel based on an
angiography image, and extracting a
blood vessel far-end cross-sectional area at the same time; simulating and calculating
blood flow resistance
model parameters of the interested blood vessel; calculating the corresponding
blood flow volume by combining the pressure values and the
blood flow resistance
model parameters; and calculating a normalized coronary
artery microcirculation resistance index based on the pressure values, the
blood flow volume and the blood vessel far-end cross-sectional area. According to the method, the normalized coronary
artery microcirculation resistance index calculation method is provided on the basis of the
angiography image and the invasive measurement pressure values, so that the unified microcirculation resistance calculation index can be established among blood vessels with different sizes at different parts of the coronary artery.
