According to the invention, the self-adaptive turn-off time can be generated, and the time is only related to the size (RC) of a passive device in the circuit and the output/input power supply voltage ratio (VO/VI); the first current generation circuit avoids the use of an operational amplifier, so that the design difficulty of the circuit is reduced, and the current consumption is reduced; the second current generating circuit perfectly solves the problem that the output minimum voltage is limited, so that the output voltage can work from 0V to the input voltage all the time.
