The high-pressure plunger pump with the energy recycling function is mainly applied to high-pressure fluid equipment for industrial production to achieve the functions like recycling energy of waste high-concentration sea water in reverse-osmosis seawater.

The invention provides a wave energy recycling device in order to recycle wave energy in the perpendicular direction of seawater. The wave energy recycling device mainly comprises an axial hollow float, an energy recycler and a special cable mooring device, wherein the energy recycler is connected with a float bolt through a bottom flange plate; an integrated rotary drum is supported by a conical roller bearing; an outer ring of the bearing is fixedly welded with a supporting ribbed plate; the rotary drum is connected with the supporting ribbed plate through a torsional spring; a rotating shaft of a power generator is connected with the rotary drum through a spline; a shell of the power generator is fixed on the ribbed plate through bolt connection; one end of a drum winding cable is knotted after passing through a through hole in a cable winding shaft of the rotary drum and is connected with the rotary drum in an energy recycling mechanism; and after the other end of the drum winding cable penetrates through a shaft hole in the float and a middle shaft hole of the special cable mooring device, the tail of the cable is knotted and locked. Two cable tying rings are welded on the special cable mooring device and are connected with a fixed cable of the float. When the seawater moves, waves enable the drum winding cable to vibrate up and down so as to rotate the rotary drum to drive the power generator to rotate, and conversion from wave energy of the seawater into electric energy is realized.
