system for an
excavator engine, and the control method comprises the following steps: collecting operation data, uploading the operation data to a
big data analysis platform, analyzing and determining target excavators working in the same region under the same working condition, and sending the idling ratio of a computer group to each target
excavator; the target excavator displays shutdown information about whether the engine is
shut down or not on an instrument according to the state of the target excavator and the
machine group
idle speed ratio; controlling the engine to
flame out or operate according to the instrument selection instruction; after
flameout, a
pilot operation
signal is detected to automatically start the engine; according to the overall busy degree of
machine group operation, a suggestion whether to stop or not is given, and energy is further saved.
