The invention provides an intelligent
monitoring system for protecting an overhead
transmission line against external force damage. The intelligent
monitoring system is composed of a
laser detection module (1), a central
processing module (2), a communication module (3), a caution light (4), a
loudspeaker (5) and a
power module (6) in series connection, wherein the output end of the
power module (6) is connected with the input end of the
laser detection module (1), the input end of the central
processing module (2), the input end of the communication module (3), the input end of the caution light (4) and the input end of the
loudspeaker (5) in parallel; the output end of the central
processing module (2) is connected with the input end of the
loudspeaker (5) and the input end of the caution light (4) in parallel. The intelligent
monitoring system has the advantages that the monitoring quality of the overhead
transmission line can be improved, and over-high vehicles or ships can be found in time, so discharging accidents can be avoided; the
workload and labor intensity of operating personnel can be reduced substantially; operating maintenance cost can be saved.
